Q What services does your company offer? What is 'Turnkey Service'?

Our services cover three core segments: PCB Fabrication, Parts Procurement, and PCB Assembly. Turnkey Service means we handle the entire project process: from bare board fabrication and global procurement of all components to the final circuit board assembly and testing. You only need to provide the design files to receive the complete finished boards.

Q How is the confidentiality of my uploaded design files (Gerber, BOM, etc.) assured?

The confidentiality of customer designs is our top priority. All files are transmitted and stored via encrypted and secure servers. We promise never to disclose or use your design files for any third party without your written permission. Upon request, we are always happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.

Q What is your minimum order quantity?

We support customers through all stages, from R&D to mass production. We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit. Whether you require a single prototype board for testing or a high-volume production order, we can provide you with high-quality service.

Q How do I get a quote and place an order? What files are required?

You can quickly obtain a quote through our Online Quoting Tool. You will need to upload complete Gerber files (formats such as RS-274X or ODB++) and the BOM list (Bill of Materials). For PCB Assembly orders, the Placement File (Centroid File/Pick & Place File) is also required. We commit to responding to manually reviewed quotes within [24 hours/days].

Q What quality standards and certifications does your manufacturing process adhere to?

Our production strictly adheres to the highest industry standards, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification and IPC specifications (such as IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012). We also provide lead-free manufacturing services compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) requirements, ensuring product compliance in global markets.

Q What are the Factors Affecting PCB Cost? (Partial)

Key factors include but are not limited to: The quantity and size, Number of Layers, Effective Panelization, Number of holes, Number of Hole Sizes, PCB Laminate Material, Trace Width / Part Spacing requirements, and Special board requirements (Controlled Impedances, Blind / Buried Vias, etc.).

Q What are the standard fabrication and assembly lead times? What shipping options are available?

Standard lead times depend on the complexity and volume of the service: PCB Fabrication is approximately [4 to 5 days]; Standard Assembly is approximately [7 to 8 days] (depending on component procurement time). We offer various flexible shipping options, including expedited express services (e.g., DHL/FedEx) and economical standard shipping.
