High-TG FR4 PCBs are developed to maintain stability under high temperature and mechanical stress. PCB LION fabricates high-TG boards with Tg values above 170°C, offering excellent thermal reliability, low CTE, and strong chemical resistance. These PCBs are widely used in automotive, industrial, and communication applications that require high heat resistance. Our manufacturing process includes multilayer lamination and precise solder mask registration for consistent performance.
